We are a professional dog waste removal service. We visit your home, thoroughly scan your entire garden or yard, collect and safely dispose of all dog waste, and leave your outdoor space clean and usable. We offer one-off visits, regular weekly plans, and yard deodorizing treatments.

Most standard garden cleanups take between 15 and 30 minutes depending on yard size and how many dogs you have. Larger yards or first-time cleanups after a long period may take slightly longer. We always do a thorough job — we never rush and cut corners.

No — you do not need to be home. As long as we can access your garden (via a side gate or agreed arrangement), we will complete the job and send you a confirmation message once we are done. Many of our customers are out at work during their scheduled visit.

We bag all collected waste in sealed, heavy-duty biodegradable bags and dispose of it responsibly. We can either take it away with us or leave it in your designated bin — whichever you prefer. Just let us know your preference when booking.

Yes. We offer a specialist artificial grass cleaning add-on that removes all waste and residue from synthetic turf. Artificial grass requires specific care because waste residue and ammonia can build up within the fibres — our treatment addresses this thoroughly. There is a small additional charge for this service.

Pricing is based primarily on the number of dogs you have. A one-off cleanup starts at €15 for 1 dog. Weekly plans start from €40/month for 1 dog. Pricing increases with more dogs and yard size. You can see our full pricing table on our Pricing page.

No hidden fees, ever. The price you see on our pricing page is what you pay. There are no lock-in contracts for weekly plans — you can pause or cancel with 24 hours notice. We believe in transparency and earning your trust every single visit.

We accept all major cards, MB Way (Portugal), and bank transfer. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking. You will receive a payment confirmation and booking receipt by email immediately after payment.

Absolutely. You can pause your plan (for holidays for example) or cancel entirely with just 24 hours notice before your next scheduled visit. There are no penalties, fees, or difficult cancellation processes. Just WhatsApp or email us and it is done.

Yes — if you refer a neighbour or friend and they sign up for a weekly plan, you will receive a discount on your next month. We also occasionally run seasonal promotions. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know.

The easiest way is through our online Booking page — it takes under 60 seconds to complete. You can also book via WhatsApp, email or phone. We confirm every booking within 2 hours during working hours.

Yes — we offer same-day bookings subject to availability. In most cases in our primary service areas (Ramada and Odivelas), we can visit the same day if you book before midday. For guaranteed availability, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.

For weekly plans, we will agree a fixed day and time window (e.g. every Friday between 9am and 12pm). For one-off visits, we will confirm your specific time slot when we confirm your booking. We always message you 30 minutes before arrival.

We work in all weather conditions including light rain — dog waste does not take a day off, and neither do we. In the case of severe storms or unsafe conditions, we will contact you to reschedule to the next available slot at no extra charge.

Yes, you can reschedule with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before a confirmed visit, a small fee may apply. Just WhatsApp or email us and we will sort it out immediately.

We currently operate in Ramada, Odivelas, Loures, and selected zones in Lisbon. Ramada and Odivelas are our primary service areas with the most availability including same-day bookings. We are actively expanding — contact us if you are in a nearby area.

Possibly — it depends on how far you are from our current zones. Contact us via our contact page or WhatsApp and give us your address. We will check and let you know. If we cannot serve you today, we will add you to our expansion waitlist.

Yes — we are actively growing our team and coverage area. If you are outside our current zones, fill in our contact form and request to be added to our expansion list. We will reach out as soon as we cover your area.

Absolutely. All our team members are vetted, trained, and dog-friendly. We carry full public liability insurance for all visits. Your property and your pets are always in safe hands when we are on site.

Yes. All deodorizing and treatment products we use are 100% pet-safe, child-safe, and environmentally friendly. We use enzyme-based formulas that break down organic matter naturally without harsh chemicals or toxic residue.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with the quality of a cleanup, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean your yard completely free of charge. Your satisfaction is our standard, not a bonus.

Yes. Access details such as gate codes are stored securely and are only shared with the specific team member assigned to your visit. We treat your property and personal information with complete discretion. Many of our weekly customers give us access details permanently.
