For same-day bookings, we aim to arrive within a few hours if slots are available. Standard bookings are usually confirmed within 24 hours. WhatsApp us for the fastest response.

No! As long as we can access your yard, you don't need to be present. Many of our customers set up a recurring booking and just leave the gate unlocked. We'll send you a photo when done.

We currently serve Ramada, Odivelas, Loures, and selected areas in Lisbon. We're expanding regularly — contact us to check if we cover your street.

Every weekly visit includes a full yard sweep, waste removal and disposal. You can add deodorizing, artificial grass cleaning, or large yard supplements. Prices start from €40/month.

We accept card payments online through our booking system (powered by Stripe), as well as bank transfer and cash. Monthly plans are billed at the start of each month.
